The Abreu Foundation exists to carry forward Raff's life, his values, and his love for people. Our purpose is to help families and young people from similar backgrounds find stability, opportunity, and a sense of possibility. Raff believed that talent can come from anywhere and that one act of support at the right moment can change a life.
By working together, we are building a path that honours who he was and expands what is possible for others.
Supporting Raff's Family
Raff loved his family deeply. Our first priority is helping them build a stable future by providing financial support and ensuring his younger relatives can access quality education. We're also helping his immediate family move into safe, secure housing.
Community
Raff valued community and believed in creating strength at the local level. We are supporting grassroots projects that were meaningful to him, including his brother's football team in Maua. These projects give children belonging and structure. They create role models and help young people grow with confidence and hope.
As the foundation grows, we will expand this work by supporting more community groups that share these values.
Opportunity
Raff's journey showed how far a young person can go when they are given a chance. This phase focuses on opening doors for students across Brazil. We will launch a scholarship pathway that begins with small grants for English courses, travel support, and study programmes. As our resources grow, this will develop into wider opportunities that help talented young people explore the world and build a future they once thought out of reach.
